SIMULATION

Advances in high performance microprocessors DDR2, DDR3 and super fast networks necessitate high performance packages. SI is one of the most important factors to be considered when integrating these packages together.

Comprehensive and in-depth pre-route SI analysis will cut down the redesign efforts and iterations, eventually reducing the design cycle. When SI analysis is thoroughly implemented throughout the design process a reliable system can be achieved.

Cocom uses the leading EDA tool, HyperLynxTM GHz, to provide design verification, pre-route and even pre-schematic simulation and post-route analysis.
